FORDVITICH—The IN.A. of Trin-
ity Anglican Church met at the
home of Mrs. Ruby Foster for the
January meeting but due to weath-.
er conditions only few members
were able to, attend.
The Scripture reading was taken
by Mrs. ;Bruce !Sothern. Rev. F. O.
Attwell led in the Litany. Thank
you notes were read from several
shut-ins who had received boxes
of treats at Christmas.
A letter was; read from Rev. W.
J. Zimmerman of the Mohawk In-
stitute at Brantford, thanking the
ladies 'for the quilt that had been
sent. Their need is very great as
they are filled to capacity with
196 children from broken bottles
and orphans. More quilts are being
made and will be sent shortly.
Mrs. E. Hargrave was the lea-
der for the study hook, nnslaed by
Mrs, S. Forester, Mrs. L. Jacques
and Mrs. it, Foster, Yarn and sew-
ing were given out for the lay-
ettes. • Rev, E. C. Attwell spoke to the
ladies for a few minutes and then
closed the meeting with prayer,
Lunch. was served by tiT hostess,
assisted by Mrs. Elsie Strong.

FORDWIC,H—St, Anne's Guild of
Trinity Anglican Church met for
the January meeting at the home
of Miss Beatrice Wade with 14
members and two visitors present.
The president, Mrs. W. Hargrave,
presided and opened the meeting
with the hymn, He Leadeth Me".
Mrs. George 'Holland gave the
Scripture rending. Mrs, Bill So
them led in the study book with
the story of Lydia and was assisted
'by Mrs, Hargrave. Mrs. Don King
read the minutes of the December
meeting. It was decided to pur-
chase a new study book and a
committee was named. to take care
of this matter, ..
Mrs, Hargrave then introduced
Mrs. Ken Graham, who gave a
• splendid demonstration of leather-
craft, showing several articles that
she had. ,completed and several
pieces of leather of different tex-
- titres. Mrs. Graham also explained
' the different tools used in making
purses, billfolds, etc. Mrs. Peter
, Brown thanked her and on behalf
' of the Guild presented her with a
small gift.
Mrs. E. Attwell 'closed the meet-
ing with prayer and a social time
was spent, with MTS. Bruce Seth-
ern conducting several contests,
Winners 'were Mrs. Ken Graham
and Miss liltlina Foster. The tra-
velling basket was also passed.
Lunch was served b'y the hostess,
assisted by Miss Rona VanVelsor,
The February meeting will 'he held
at the home of Mrs. Attwell.

Church met at the home of Mrs.
Ken Graham. Mrs. 'Stan Bride op-
ened the meeting with a New
Year's poem and .30 answered the
roll call, using the word "healing".
Secretaries' from all 'departments
gave their reports. Mrs. Wray
Cooper conducted the 1960 installa-
tion of officers. Mrs. John War-
rell and Katherine are the shut-ins
for the month,
Mrs. 'George Ashton and Mrs.
Royden Devitt offered prayer. Mrs.
Jack Wilson was leader for the
'worship service and was assisted
by Mrs. William Clyne who rend
the Scripture.
Mrs. Robert Gibson and Mrs.
.Tack Wilson 'conducted the study
on Africa, telling about the rich
