Village Squire, 1978-06, Page 5Letters
THE EDITOR:
Enclosed is my subscription fee for 1978.
I was just thinking away back, when your
first editions were free and I enjoyed
reading the Squire then, as I have every
month since.
Thanks for such a nice wee magazine,
it's truly a welcome mail in this home. It is
well worth $3.50 per year.
May you have good success always in
your endeavors.
MRS. RUTH LUSTED
THE EDITOR: Sorry to be so overdue -
please extend my subscription for two
years from date of expiration of last
subscription.
Do enjoy your magazine. As an old
Huronite (Bayfield) I know many of the
places, little tours, etc. of which you speak.
An article on Bayfield itself could be
interesting.
The "McGullicuddy" articles themsel-
ves are worth the price. Continue your
good work.

To the Editor:
Please find enclosed $4.00 for your
special subscription 1 year offer for 4. I
enjoy your paper very much.
Very anxious to boost my home
village -Whitechurch. May I bring to your
attention two of our special points of
interest. 1. The Village Store -taken over
almost one year ago by people from
Alliston. 2. The manufacture of simulated
marble vanities by Gary Chapman (brother
of Mrs. Ross Smith, Russelldale-owner of
"The Country Spire"). Gary started his
factory here several years ago -then moved
to a larger place in Wingham but still has
much here in Whitechurch. And he has
recently been engaged in making the up
and coming whirlpool bathtubs.
May continued success come to your
business.
Yours sincerely
Mildred 1. McClenaghan.
