Cheddar cheese originated in England in the county of Somerset and is named
after the village of Chaddar.
Perth Cheese Company cheddars reflect the tradition of well made Canadian
Cheddar, -- made by a second generation cheese maker in Millbank, -- hence
MILLBANK OLD CHEDDAR
MILLBANK MEDIUM CHEDDAR.
Our cheddar is selected from top quality cheese and aged under natural
conditions, -- where both close supervision and extended time is taken to give the
