making a big fuss over them, he says. .
Though the progress toward his ultimate
goal for the restaurant has been slow, John
says in a way things have been going too fast.
Still;, he's been happy with his first winter and
looking forward to summer when the
restaurant will be open longer hours to serve
the summer traffic. Presently it's open until 7
p.m. Monday to Saturday. In summer it will
be open seven days a week and until later at
night to accomodte city travellers who tend
-to eat later than local people
