The lady's chicken was tastey and she enjoyed the oven browned potatoes but did not enjoy the mixed vegetables. After the soup, salad etc. the gentleman found the six -ounce steak quire large enough and was glad he hadn't ordered one of the larger steaks. The steak was tastily cooked. The lady found the dessert of hot blueberry pie and ice cream delightful and the man enjoyed the hot apple pie. The total bill was 510.00 plus tip. The overall impression of the Twin Gables was one of good value for the money and a place knocking on the door of being a "special" place to go out for dinner. Good food, great service, reasonable prices, adequate decor, but just a few little things that could be ,improved ... at least in our humble opinion.
