Stewart and Margaret Errington, •social
functions; and, Donna Young and Helen
Nicholson, nominating. Mr. Roberts in-
stalled the new officers in a fitting
ceremony.
A film entitled "Granny's Quilts" was
very much enjoyed. The story was about
an old rady who spent her time making
many quilts. The one scarp quilt which
was shown gave us a good understanding
how to make them. It filled many lonely
hours for her and kept her happy and
occupied.
Karen Roberts capably conducted the
program. She explained the Christmas
wreath which was decorated with the sym-
bols of •Christmas. In conclusion, she read
from John 10: 1-10. '
. Collection was taken and along with the
penny boxes it will be donated to Family
and Children's Services.
Thanks was given to the Willing Workers
for decorating the church so beautifully for
the Christmas season. A •Christmas Carol
sing song with Roberta Linskill as pianist
followed. Sally Wright thanked the UCW
for their invitation. The meeting closed.
with prayer.

You don't have to be an expert
ad designer to see that .there's
an awful lot of open, white
space in this ad. Some folks
may think that this unused
space is wasted, but it's hot.
Actually, the white space helps.
to attract, the newspaper reader's
attention.
At Lucknow Sentinel, we know a lot
of other neat ways to get advertising
results. If you're a business person
