1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups white sugar
Juice from 1 orange &
1 lemon (mix to add)
2 lbs white raisins
1/2 lb coconut
3/4 lb red cherries (candied)
3/4 lb green cherries
(candied)
3/4 lb 'candied pineapple cut
1/2 lb slivered almonds
1 teaspoon almond flavouring
1 teaspoon vanilla.
Mix as you add each ingre-
dient and bake at 350° for
approx. 2-1/2 hrs or until
done. Use pans lined with'tin
foil & put a pan of water in
bottom of the oven..
4 cups milk
2 - 4 tbsp white sugar (to taste)
2 tsp vanilla flavour
6 eggs
sprinkle of nutmeg. (garnish)
Mix together in. blender.
Serves approx. 4 ,

1 tsp. vanilla
Cream the butter, add the
icing sugar and cornstarch,
„cream thorough adding flour
and flavouring slowly. Press
through a cookie press and
decorate if desired. Bake at
300° for 12 minutes.
