SALE BY TENDER
TAKE NOTICE that the lands and premises
known as:
Lot 24, Concession 6, Township of
Greenock, County of Bruce.
are to be sold by, tender, pursuant to the
Judgment of the District Court of Ontario
dated Tuesday, March 25th, 1986, under the
direction of the Referee of said Court.
AND,rAKE NOTICE that the tenders will
be accepted on said landsand premises on
or before October 14th, 1986, said tenders
to be opened by ,the said Referee at his
chambers in the Court House at 215 Cayley
Street, Walkerton, Ontario NOG 2VO, at 2:00
p.m. on October 15th, 1986.
AND TAKE NOTICE that said sale by
tender is subject to the following conditions
of sale:
1. A deposit of 10% of the tender price
is to be enclosed with the tender.
2. The highest or any tender will not
necessarily be accepted.
3. The sale is subject to a reserve bid.
4. An parties to the proceeding mei _
tender except the party, having car-
riage of the sale and any trustee or
agent for he party or other person in
a fiduciary relationship to the party.
5. The purchaser shall have the transfer
prepared at his or her own expense and
deliver it to the party having carriage
of the sale for execution.
6. The deposit cheque is to be made
payable to George J. Brophy in Trust.
7. No representations as to title are
made and persons tendering are re-
quired 'to make their own inquiries
prior to filing their tenders.
8. The sale shallclose thirty (30) days
after tender is opened and accepted
and the balance of the tender price
shall then be paid in cash or by certified
cheque and the accepted tender docu-
ment shall form an agreement of pur-
chase' and sale.
9. Where the purchaser fails to comply
with any of these conditions, the
deposit and all other payments made
shall be forfeited and the property may
be resold. Any deficiency on the resale,
together with all expenses incurred on
the resale or caused by the default,
shall be paid by the defaulting
purchaser.

The family of the late Silvio Frederick
Vassella wishes to thank the following.peo-

past year and to the family in his passing:
Doctors and Nurses, Lucknow Medical
Centre, Wingham and District Hospital

Pierce. Special thanks to Don and Dorothy
Farrish and staff at Country Road Lodge
where he spent most of last winter and spr-
ing. We are very grateful for the special
care they gave Dad and for helping the day
of the funeral when we had to call on them.
To Alexandra • Marine and General
Hospital staff, especially Laurie Dalton,
RN, who was with Dad at the time of his
passing; also Father Hardy. We are very
grateful and thankful for ,the visits that
Connie Osborne made and in helping Dad
accept his illness in his last few weeks; for
the calls she made to the family, we will
always remember her in a special way. To
Father Ed and Brother Carl for their con-
cern, prayers and the Funeral Mass and to
the pallbearers. Thanks to Sean Dalton
and Tony Miltenburg for usherins at $b
church; organist Laurie Dalton & g „i�
Van, Osch, Eugene Frayne, and John Van
Rooy for singing at the mass. To the
Kingsbridge . Cemetery Board for the
special efforts in preparing for the burial;
to Kingsbridge CWL for the lovely meal
they prepared , and donations of food.
Thanks to those. friends, neighbours and
relatives who visited the funeral home,
sent flowers and donations, brought food to
the family home and those who visited
Dad, sent cards and flowers to the hospital
over the past year; to McCallum and Palla
Funeral Home for the considerate and
kind way they treated the family and all
arrangements made for the funeral. To
them and all those mentioned we are most
grateful and humbly thank them. Maureen
