AND TAKE NOTICE that said sale by tender is subject to the following conditions of sale: 1. A deposit of 10% of the tender price is to be enclosed with the tender. 2. The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. 3. The sale is subject to a reserve bid. 4.
