Ethel [Margot] Parker Margot Parker of Burlington, known by numerous friends in the Lucknow area, died in Brant Memorial Hospital in Burlington on July 12, 1986. She -was in her 73rd • year.. She is survived by one sister Beatrice (Mrs. Allan Houghton) of Burlington, godchildren, cousins and friends, The funeral and committal service were heldat the Trinity Chapel of the Welling- ton Square 1Tnited Church on July 14 with Rev. Dr. N.K. Campbell officiating. Cremation and interment were at the Mount. Pleasant Cemetery in Toronto: Iona Jefferson Y on MayJefferson, of. 136 MaryStreet Da :Clinton, did. in Clinton on July 24 at the age of 85, Mrs. Jefferson was born on March 22,1901 in East Wawanosh Township to John and Julia :(Doer) McClinchey, She later married Charles Jefferson. Mrs, Jefferson,who was a homemaker, was a member of Wesley -Willis, United Church and Donnybrook United Church as well as a member of the Donnybrook UCW. She is survived - by one daughter, Mrs, Frank, (Elaine) Campbell of London; two sons, Wesley of Donnybrook and Donald of Clinton; 10 grandchildren and one great grandson..Mrs. Jefferson is'also survived by one brother, Gordon McClinchey of Blyth. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, two sisters, ' Mrs. Charles (Kate) 'Robinson and Mrs. Charles (Esther) Potter, and four brothers, Wesley, Henry, David and Sidney McClinchey, Funeral services were held on July 26 at:. Active pallbearers were Gerald Jefferson, Hugh Jefferson, Harold McClinchey, Norman McClinchey, James Potter and Gordon Robinson.
