Mrs. Marretta Hodgins of Niagara Falls,
who is visiting relatives and friends here,

Yard sales have been popular as Reg
Powell held a successful sale last Saturday
and Walter Breckles had a sale on Friday
night and Saturday. In addition, Allan
Miller held an auction sale at Holyrood on
Saturday.
Members of the Holyrood Women's
Institute went to Southampton on Thursday
to visit the Museum and other ,places of

M. Edward Stanley met at Camp
Keewaydin for their annual picnic.
There were 1.56 present, and the oldest
person who attended was Mrs. Annie
Stanley of Lucknow. Relatives from a
distance were from Florida, Chicago,
Toronto, London, Niagara Falls, St. Cath.
arines, Algonquin Park, Shelbourne, Tees -
water, Ripley, Wingham, Lucknow, Moles-
worth, Kinloss, Ripley, Kincardine, Kin -
lough.
Following a delicious noon meal, an
afternoon of sports for the young and the
young at heart were enjoyed., Prizes were
awarded to all who participated in the
afternoon activities, winding up with a
delicious supper.
Th'e 1987 picnic will be held at the same
place on the first Saturday in July,
Mr. Donald Barr of Waterloo spent a few
days with his mother, Mrs. John Barr.
Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Dan
Tollefson (Beverley Stanley) who were
honoured on Sunday by her parents, Mr.
and Mrs. Ezra Stanley and family and
other relatives when they gathered at the
Kinloss Community Centre for their 25th
