The surviving past -presidents are: Back row, left to right, Walter Arnold [1966], Robert Simpson [195051], Joe King [1962-63], Harold Ritchie [1956-57 and 1960], Angus MacDonald [1974-75], Eldon Mann [1980-81-82], and Eldon Bradley [1983-84]. Front row, Art Ernewein [1964-65], Gordon Montgomery [1972-73], H.D. [Bud] Thompson [1976.77], Irvine Eedy [1967-68-69] and George Whitby [1947]. Absent for photo was Russel Whitby [1978-79]. Ruth Thompson, president, welcomed everyone and thanked them for their volunteer labor. Meals on Wheels started one year ago, serving three people, two nights a week. They now are able to serve twelve, three nights a week. Games of cards were enjoyed in which some residents participated. Miss Thomp- son presented each volunteer, driver and committee member, with a potted plant, after which Pinecrest Manor served refreshments and a social time was enjoyed. Seniors attend Tea and Dance By Mary Lavis The Lucknow Town and Counrtry Club met in the Lucknow Legion on May 20 for a Tea and Dance. Senior Groups from Wingham, Dungan- non and Ripley joined the Lucknow Seniors and all enjoyed the afternoon of dancing to Gord's Old Time band from Wingham. Approximately 100 seniors attended. Several Lucknow Seniors attended the Zone Rally in Harriston. Members are reminded of Senior Citizens Week and are asked to attend a Service of Worship June 15 at 12 p.m. at the Lucknow Anglican Church.
