Unit 3
Unit 3 of Lucknow UCW met in the
church May 6 with 17 members and two
visitors answering the roll call with the
name of a famous woman.
Minutes were readand adopted. The
treasurer'sreport was . given and the
offering was taken and dedicated. •
Happy Birthday was sung to two
members, Elaine Irwin and Mary lle
Peddle.
Donations and help were required for the
Father and Son banquet on May 15 at 7
p.m, •
The members heard from the visiting
committee Mrs. D. Cameron and Miss
Elizabeth Robinson and cards were sent by
Mrs, C. McDonald.
Hostesses for the June meeting are Miss a.
Isabel Miller and Mrs. Helen Todd. at St.
Helens.
Unit 3 joined with Units 1 and 2 for
devotions, two lovely duets and slides on
the mission boat on the rocky coast of
British Columbia.

Unit 4 of Lucknow U.C.W. met on Tues-

meaning for many 'Native groups in North
