tion of RNA Day in Ontario. .
The dedication of our registered. nursing
assistants to the ideals of their profession
and their compassionate and- skilled
"hand -on care of their patients have
contributed greatly to the alleviation of
human suffering and to the quality of
Ontario's health care services.
Your commitment and achievements
merit the highest commendation. It is with

scripture. Paul knew patience was neces-
sary for Christian life. She closed with a
prayer for patience. Those taking part in
the Prayer Circle were Mrs. Lloyd
MacDougall, Mrs. Fraser MacKinnon and
Mrs. Harold Howald. The offertory prayer
was: given by Mrs. Ted Collyer.
An Alphabet of Thoughts quiz was
conducted by Mrs. Harry Lavis.
Mrs. Schmidt will be hostess in the
church for the June meeting.
Whisper a Prayer was sung and the,
closing prayer was given by 'Mrs.OIwe
Needhatn. The hostess and directors, Mrs.
Peoples, taken this month by Mrs. Jack
Needham. She told of Project North and
how leaders from different churches were
listening to the needs expressed by Indian
people and trying to help. There have been
many problems when oil companies have
moved in on Indian lands. An interview.
with an Indian from Vancouver Island
revealed he was hopeful for a brighter,
future. Questions and an interesting
discussion followed.
Mrs. Leonard Clarke gave a Mother's
Day reading, Mother's Garden.

Issues studied at Youth F�rum'86 •
•
The congregation of Lucknow United
Church played host on the weekend of May
3 and 4, to Youth Forum '86, when over 50
young people from United Churches all
over Hamilton Conferences cametogether
for study, worship, and fellowship.
Young people attended from Niagara
Falls, 'St. Catharines, Hamilton, Burling-
ton, Mississauga, Kitchener, Cambridge,
Waterloo, as well as closer to home from
Clifford, Teeswater, Paisley and Lucknow.
Rod McDonagh, secretary of the Church
Board, extended the official welcome from
the congregation and Board of Lucknow shared some of their lively music, and also
