Visited with her sister Jean MacDonald of the Pinecrest Manor Nursing Home in Lucknow visited- on the weekend with her sister Noreen MacDonald at their home on Malcolm Street in Ripley. It was really cold Was it ever cold those mornings last week. Thursday to Saturday May 1st to 3rd . On Friday May 2 the temperature outside was minus three and with no wind blowing there was white frost on the cars, roof, 'almost everywhere. So it was nice on Sunday morning May 4 to feel the air outside warmer and also to hear the sound of the bells ringing out at St. Paul's Anglican Church in Ripley. Leonard Lamont Sympathy, is extended to all the members of the Lamont families at this time of sad bereavement. Leonard Lamont of 7 Watt Street, south west part of Walkerton" and an employee in the Bogdan and Gross, Fur- niture Plant nearby, passed away'late Fri- day midnight or early :Saturdaymorn'ing in his 53rd year. Surviving are his wife the former Helen Brindley, three sons - Ron and his wife Mary Ann, Gordon of the Canadian -Armed Forces and his wife Barbara, and Clayton at home; two daughters Cathy and Christine at home; IVO grandsons Michael and Adam:. Also his, mother Mrs Lillian (Colir1l..,Lamont in "Kin- caraane. Four sisters: two in London, Evelyn -,M1.1. Russ Fox, Betty Jean - Mrs. Murray MacDonald; and two in Kincardine, Gladys -„ MP, Elmer Wylds, Jenny - Mrs. Ken MacDonald. Nine brothers - Norman of Landon, Harold of Wingham, Lloyd and George, RR4, -Ripley, -Conc. 6 west, "Doug, Archie, Elmer, Kevin and Alvin, all of Kincardine. The funeral service was at 2,p.m. Monday J ay 5, 1986 in the Tanner and Pearson uneral Home in Walkerton. Interment was; in Walkerton Cetnetery.
