Simpsons welcome family
Visitors at Bob and Jean Simpsons
were their daughter Jan and Gary Kaye
and their three children. They were tip for
three days.. Then they took Jean' (their
grandma) back to MilfordBay to stay the
week with them. Bob and Donnie Simpson
went to pick Jean up on Friday.
' Tonle Dalton and Morgan Dalton were
guests with the Dalton families.
Dennis andirene Dalton had Easter with
their family in London with Arnold and
Francei Marsman.
Jim Holmes and Connie . and their
children were Easter Monday visitors with
Clete Dalton., Also during the week on
Friday Ray Dalton and Rev. Father Mike

The single most costly item in this year's
budget is teachers' salaries and benefits.
At the elementary level,. is expected to
cost $13.1 million while at the secondary

Transportation is the second biggest
budget item with an estiinated cost of $2.1
million for ,elementary schools and 51.7
million for secondary schools this year.
The province of Ontario will pay the
largest share of the budget with $25.1
million while the board revenues amount to
$13 million, The cOunty, municipalities
share in the budget is $14 2 million
Allan said the board was encouraged by
the estiniated slightdecline in enrolment in
the county school system this year of only
42 studentS. In 1985, the enrolment
declined in the county by 136 students.
