Donald and Marilyn Maclptyre, Sandy, Marilyune and Dale Gilchrist, John and Marion Mowbray and Duncan; Gerald and Joan Mowbray, Andrew and Fiona; and Joan's mother, all were New Year's .Day dinner guests with Janet and Donald Bannerman' and family of Kincardine. Rod and Marg MacKenzie and family of Unionville were home over the holidays to be with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank MacKenzie and Mr. and Mrs David Eadie and -family. Helen Maclntyre has been home from Waterloo for the holidays. Helen and her mother, Nancy, visited for a few days with Nancy's sister, Helen and her husband, Vic Raton, and family in -Brockville: Bill and Irene Haldenby spent Christmas with their daughter, Nancy and 'Ken Craig and Linsday of Kincardine. Mark and a friend from Ottawa lent the holidays visiting his parents an sisters and their families. Margaret and Chuck McMann and their three children enjoyed their holidays with her parents, Alice and Brian Doelman, Anne and Nick. Also visiting at their home were Karen and Ed McGugan and Heather. and Gerald and -Alice Doelman, Michael 1/4‘ SOUTH and Kelly. , All the Dickie family were home for New Years with their parents, Ira and Elizabeth. Erin and Allison Dickie of Markdale stayed for a longer visit with William and Irene and their grandparents. Dale Gilchrist had been teaching at Ottawa until Christmas. However, this course has finished and Dale started back to University of Waterloo to continue on with the co-op course. This week Gerry and Joan Mowbray, Andrew and Fiona left this area on Saturday to go to Liverpool, England. Joan and the children are going to stay in England while Gerry goes on to Ghana, Africa to find housing arrangements. Gerry will be employed there for about three years as a resident engineer on highway construction in the capital city, Accra. This job is with the Canadian Engineering Company and is a World Bank Project. Marilynne IvlacIntyre left last week to attend the University of Montreal _to take a French subject. It is three month course. Christmas concert includes draw .: :or:gingerbread house The Kingsbridge, Christmas concert was held on Dec. 19. There was a draw for a gingerbread house. ronnie Nicholson was the' lucky winner. Everyone enjoyed the presentation put on by the Xiitsbridge students. r Many people also enjoyed the -Brookside concert held on Dec. 17. family. Tom and Karla Hogan and their four children, - Rhonda, Tom, Tammy and 'Dennis spent their Christmas holidays in Florida. Gordon and Maria Hardcastle were visiting with Matia's parents, Dennis and Irene Dalton. Randy Kerr, Danny Kerr, A. J. Sher- wod, and -Clete Dalton went to St. Marys to see West Germany play hockey against the Junior Bs on Dec. 23. ' Joan, Glenn and Nathan Ferguson went to Delhi to tisk their grandmother during the holidays. Jan and Gary Kaye - and their three children, Christine, -David and Sarah canoe to; Kintait to visit' their grandparents, Bob and Jean Simpson on' Dec. 29., - Eric Co'brtney, whollas-beenworking-for Westinghouse Canada Inc. in Libya, North Africa, is spending holidays with his parents, Joe and Teresa Courtney and KINT Neable ets a On Dec. 19, Tiverton was at Lucknow.
