In 1996, the regulations are being changed to require a certificate to purchase any agricultural chemical, including the ones' which are now exempt. If you haven't got your certificate, now would be 'a good , time to think about it.. There are also many farmers .who will have to renew their certificate this year. To obtain a certificate, or to renew one, you arc required - to attend a one -day training session, including an open -book test. Topics include - mastitis control., culling, fostering, late gestation nutrition, stomach tubing, hypother- mia, and feeding the ewe lamb for future production. When he was searched he was found with a film container that may contain LSD.
