Andrew is their excited big brother. Grandparents are Betty and David Kirkland, R.R. 2, Lucknow and Helen and Howard Blake, Goderich. Harris - Steven and Heather of Wingham welcome with love their son, Ryan David, born Oct. 20, 1994, at Wingham and District Hospital, weighing 6 lbs. 1 oz. Ryan is a grandson for John 'and Isabel Mclnncs and Bob and Willa Harris. Evan is a wee brother for Nathan, Natasha and Ethan. Happy grandparents are Dave and Nancy O'Neil of Winghain, George and Donalda Anson of Dungannon. Great grandparents arc Robert O'Neil of Wingham, Edward Anson of Kingsville, and great great grandma is Edna O'Neil of Dor- chester. Storks announce twins 1111 by Mildred 1 hr et= UCKNOW It.took two storks on the lawn of Doug and Suzanne Blake last week to announce the arrival.of their twin girls, Shauna Arlene and Shelby Nicole. Congratulations to Mom, Dad and big brother Andrew. Baptismal .services were held in Lucknow Presbyterian Church on Sunday morning when Rev. Peggy Kinsman baptized Kylie Adeline and Shealene Kristi daughters of Jeff and Kristi Gammie and Bailey Artica daughter 'of Wayne and Lynne McDonagh. • Bryan Gammie arrived home late Saturday .evening from Dawson. .City, Yukon Territory, where he had been working all summer, just in time to be prespnt for his granddaughters' baptisms. Kinloss Township council does some house-cleaning KINLOSS TOWNSHIP ; Council dealt with some houscleaning matters when it met on Oct. 17. A bylaw was passed authorizing an agreement between Art Helm, owner of lots 13, 14 and 15, Conc. 2 and the municipality regarding road allowance excavation. The bylaw sets the boundaries of a designated blind sideroad in the township that butts' up to Helm's gravel pit. An agreement between George McIntosh and the township has been drafted regarding an unopened road allowance between Kinloss and Turnberry Townships. . An agreement had been in place with the former owner and this one simply updates the paper work. Once the agreement is signed by McIntosh, it will be prepared as a bylaw•. An agreement with the bylaw enforcement officer, Dennis Thompson, has been prepared and once signed will be prepared as a bylaw. Mark Becker, clerk treasurer, said that each of the seven municipalities, that formed the steering committee to hire a joint bylaw enforcement officer last year, will this year have their own in- dividual agreements with Mr. Thompson. Correspondence was received from Clarke Insurance Adjusters informing that they have closed their file on the Palmer tree issue since the municipality is not liable"- for iable"for the damage done to the trees. The meet the candidates night is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 2. Please note the change from last week's tentative date. Newlyweds live in Drumbo Kirby - Ferguson Rev. Carol Ferguson and Cleat Kirby were joined in marriage on the evening of Aug. 20, 1994 at Pine River United Church. Carol is thedaughter of Margaret Ferguson of Amberley and the late William Ferguson of Amberley and Lucknow. Cleat is the son of Enid and Jack Kirby of Cones- togo. Norm Laird officiated and c ayle Lowry played the organ: The guests were welcomed by Frank McKenzie playing the bagpipes. Carol's attendant of, honor was Rose Cunningham, formerly of Lucknow. Other attendants were friends she made while attending Emmanuel ~ College in Toronto. They were Leanne Trask of ' London, Christa Greene of Brampton and Kim Waller of Toronto. Cleat's bestman was his brother Ryan Kirby and the ushers were Cleat's brother Jeff Kirby and friends Slavo Kepec •of Kitchener and Bob Bradley of Burlington. The candlelighters were Allan Ferguson of Kincardine, cousin of the bride, and Jane Kuepfer of Waterloo, friend of the bride. Scripture readers were Julie, Sarah, Kerry and Douglas Fer- guson, nieces and nephew of the bride, and Ashley Kirby and Katie Browning and Michael Kirby, nieces and nephew of the groom. A reception was held at the Governor's Inn, Kincardine following the service. A breakfast was served the next morning for family and attendants. The couple honeymooned at a cottage in Parry Sound and spent a few days in Toronto. They now reside in Drumbo, Ontario,, Where Carol in the United Church minister.
