..J• PLAN OF THE WEEK "'"" "" ,v, "7"
PLAN NO. U-878
.- '"' " " STATELY FAMILY HOME .
By M. Tynan
A fashionable stucco and brick exterior features arched windows, a multi-
level roof with gables, and a dramatic front entrance.
Enter through double doors into a spacious foyer, open to the second storey
and brightened by an overhead window., The living room is set at an interesting
angle providing ample room to arrange furnishings, and boasts a cozy fireplace
and feature windows. Both the living room and dining room feature a 12'-0"
ceiling height. A gourmet kitchen offers a handy work island, a walk-in pantry,
and an open counter which services the nook. A dropped ceiling in the nook
adds a stylish .touch, as well as surrounding windows which provide plenty of
natural light. The family room, partially open to the kitchen and nook provides
a comfortable area for informal gatherings and is right next door to a good
sized gamer room. The den, set apart from the main traffic areas and closeto
the main bathroom could also be used as a guest bedroom. The library, just
inside the front door would make an ideal home office.
Upstairs, all four bedrooms are a good size. French doors lead into a deluxe
master bedroom complete with a large walk-in closet, and a five piece ensuite
with a raised soaker tub.
Plans for U-878 may be obtained for $595.00 for a package of five complete
sets of working prints and $59.00 for each additional set of the same plan.
Allow $15.00 extra to cover the cost of postage and handling (B.C. residents
add applicable sales tax to plan total) (All Canadian residents add 7% GST w
plan total plus postage and handling).
This is one of our new designs. Many innovative plans are now available in
our home ,plan catalogue for $13.85 including postage and handling and 7%
CST. '
