Blaire Anna Joyce decided to arrive on Sept. 23, 1994, at AM & G Hospital, Goderich, weighing in at 8 lbs. 13 oz. Her parerits are Mike and Deb- bie of Ripley and grandparents are Henry and Bernice Drennan, R.R. 7, Lucknow, and Bob and ,Joyce Courtney, of Point Clark. Great grandparents are Ruby and Cliff Hackett, of Goderich. Brindley - Glenn ' I Angela Glenn and Elwyn Brindley were united in marriage on Aug. 27, 1994, by Rev.•'David R. Nicholson, at thle Knox Pres- byterian Church; Goderich. An- gela is the daughter of Bernice Glenn, of Dungannon and Gerrie Glenn, of. Hensali. EIwyn's parents are Leonard and Violet Brindley,- of R.R. 2, Auburn. Maid of honor was the bride's sister, Arletta Glenn, of Goderich. Bridesmaids were friends Jacqui Whitmore, of Picton, and Teresa Whittaker, of Staynor, along with the • groom's . sister Brenda .Brindley and the bride's sister, Amy Glenn of .Sarnia. Flower girl was Nicole Brindley, of Dungan- non, a niece of the groom. Wesley Rivett, of Dungannon, a young friend 'of the bride and groom performed the ringbearer's duties. Elwyn's groomsman was his friend Duane Rivett of Dun- gannon. Ushers included friends David Sproul ' of Nile, Dan' Gregory of Port Albert, his brother Larry Brindley of Dun- gannon, and Andrew Glenn, of Dungannon, the bride's brother. Candle lighters were Andrew Glenn, Michael Linington, brothers• of the bride. Outside music •was by piper Michael Dulloulay. (Stam photography) Churches worship together on World Communion Sunday Christians around the world joined in remembering our Lord's sacrifice on the cross on Sunday, Oct. 2 as they observed World Communion Sunday.' In Lucknow Presbyterian Church, the South Kinloss congregation worshipped with the Lucknow congregation for this occasion. The choir sang a special communion anthem, "Come Share God's Gift" as an introduction to the service. Huffman - Humphrey • • Steve Huffman and Trina Humphrey were united in mar- riage on Aug. 20,1994. The ceremony took place at the Luck - now Untied Church with Rev. William Bresnahan officiating. Steve is the son of Donald and Doris of Lucknow. Trina is the daughter of Robert and Sherri, also of Lucknow. Main of honor was Catherine MacLeod. Brides- maids were Amanda Humphrey, Dana McGlynn, Donna Linde and flower girl was Brittany McGlynn. Best man was Paul Johnstone.
