PLAN NO. 11-846
EXECUTIVE TWO STOREY BOASTS SPACIOUS LAYOUT
This stylish home design is sure to please the whole family.
A good sized den, situated just inside the main' entry, would make an ideal
office for, the home executive. French doors and a boxed -out window seat add
a stylish touch. A sunken living room provides an elegant atmosphere for
entertaining, with a cozy gas fireplace and a boxed out feature window with a
window seat. A railing between the living and dining room creates a subtle
division, allowing guests to enjoy both areas at once. A french door between the
kitchen and dining room will allow you to shut out the noisy hustle bustle of
the kitchen and family room and ensure a more private atmosphere. The cook
in the family will enjoy an efficient working layout in the kitchen which
features plenty of cupboard and counter space, a pantry, and a handy breakfast
bar. The family room and nook are open to the kitchen, offering a spacious and'
comfortable arca for informal gatherings.
Upstairs, all three bedrooms are a good size. The master bedroom is
impressive, featuring a large walk-in closet and a five piece ensuite with double
sinks and a raised swirl tub surrounded by glass block.
An unfinished basement awaits your own creative touch.
Plans for U-846 may. be obtained for $425.00 for a package of five complete
sets of working prints and $39.00 for each additional set of the same plan.
Allow $15.00 extra to cover the cost of postage and handling (B.C. residents
add applicable sales tax to plan total) (All Canadian residents add 7% GST to
plan total plus postage and handling).
• This is one of our new designs. Many innovative plans are now available in
our NEW Two Storey plan catalogue for $13.85 including postage and handling
