• Couples return from Denmark
Seven couples from the area had
a wonderful experience recently
when they attended the wedding of
Morton and Helena Jacobson in
Denmark. Those enjoying the trip
included Milt and Arlene Turner,
Wayne and Lynn McDonagh, Steve
and Joan Chamney, Brad and Tracy
Aitchison, Steve and Carol
MacPherson, Barry' and Betty
McDonagh and Brad and Becky
Humphrey.
Everyone in the area has been
shocked with the tragic news of two
traffic accidents with the loss of
two lives north of Goderich and
three lives in the accident west of
Wingham. We all sympathize with
the families in the loss of their
loved ones.
We also extend our sympathy to
r. the family of Evelyn Henderson,
who passed away in Toronto last
week, with funeral services from
MacKenzie and McCreath on
Saturday.
Ruth .Conley and Betty Ritchie
have returned home after spending
three weeks in Alberta. They
• travelled to Edmonton together,
then Betty went to Red Deer and
Ruth to Morinville to visit with
their families. Ruth returned home
in time to finish her move into the
Glenn Haven Apartments having
sold her home to John and Anne
Scott of the Carlow area.
Also moving into the same
