BUSINESS, BEAT
s
by Pat Livingston
Anne Pritchard recently took over
as agent for the Shell station on
Campbell Street.
Mrs. Pritchard worked for C.E.
MacTavish Ltd. for over eight years
and now takes on the role of being
self-employed. She and Paul
Wainwright, a licensed mechanic,
who operates Paul's Place, and the
man she calls her "mentor", will
continue to share the facility.
Annie's Gas Bar offers a tittle
more than filling up your tank. She
has initiated a used paperback
centre for avid readers who wish to
recycle their books, and has some
perennials for sale.

She's the boss now, but that makes no difference, as she
continues to pump gas. Anne Pritchard recently took over as
agent for the Shell gas station on Campbell Street, Lucknow.
