Lots of people wonder what 4-H
really is. They may know that the
4 -H's stand for Head, Heart, Health
and Hands, but still don't know
what it really is about.
4-H is an organization for young
people between the ages of 10 - 21.
The motto is "Learn to do by
Doing", so there are lots of hands
on activities for the members. Each
project focuses on a certain topic
area over six meetings. Some
projects are cotnpetitive, while
others are not. In every club mem-
bers are encouraged to do their own
personal best.
