in provincial tournament
•

Provincial. Championship Inter-
mediate tournament two weeks
ago. at Arnprior, near Ottawa.
Going into the tourney, the
team was ranked in last place of
eight teams entered.

against the Chrysler " Scorpion
who took the 1 to 0 win.
The host team, Carleton Ford
put a tough battle for the Sheep.
in their second game. Regulation
time ended with a score from .
either team. The teams then
played a five minute overtime
period, with, the Sheep scoring
first, only to have the Fords.
rebound and earn a tie. The
game went into sudden death
overtime and the Sheep • were
able to rack up the winning goal.
Game three saw the Sheep
come up against the Chesterville
Classics; and go down to defeat.
4 to 0. This put the Sheep out of
play.

though - the eighth' ranking team
ended up being fifth, and they
were defeated by the two -teams
