Haven Nursing Home on Tuesday,
November 23, 1993; in her 86th year:
Alice Thomson of Sutton,' formerly of
North Bay and Kirkland Lake, beloved
wife of the late Jack Thomson. Loving
mother of Keith and wife Patricia of
Sebright and Donelda predeceased.
Dear grandmother of Corrine,. Daniel,
Lois, Brenda, Rick, and Anne. A funeral
service was held in the chapel of the
Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N.,
Orillia on Friday, Nvember 26, 1993.
Cremation followed. If desired memorial

On Saturday, Oct. 9, 1993,
Thanksgiving weekend, Mary
Ellen Louise Lynn, daughter of
Lillian Lynn and the late Donald
Lynn, and Robert James
Brindley, of RR 6 Goderich, son
of the late Gordon and Donelda
Brindley, were united in marriage
at St. Peter's Roman Catholic
Church, Goderich, Ontario.
'Father Terenc Runstedler, Cel-
ebrant, of St,Paul's Parish,
Lasalle, Ontario, relative of the
, bride, officiated at the double
ring ceremony. Matron of honour
was Mary Lou Aubin, friend of
the family. Attending the groom
as best man was Bill Brindley,
RR 6 Goderich, brother of the
groom. Readings were given by
Marilyn Miltenburg, friend of the
bride and by her attendant, Mary
Lou Aubin. Music was provided
by organist and choir directors,
Warren and Eleanor Robinson,
cherished friends of the couple.
Following the wedding a tradi-
tional Thanksgiving dinner was
held at Robindale's after which
the couple departed for a week-
long honeymoon in Montego Bay,
Jamaica. Upon their return the
couple is now residing in

Heather Louise MacDougall and
Brian Clifford Bartlett, both of
Windsor, were united in marriage
on Sept.' 4, 1993. Rev. Peggy
Kinsman officiated at the
ceremony at the . South Kinloss
Presbyterian Church. Heather is
the daughter of Sharon and Allan
MacDougall of Lucknow. Brian is
the son of Pauline and Clifford
Bartlett; of LaSalle;—Ontario.
Maid of honor was the bride's
sister, Marita MacDougall.
Bridesmaids were Heather
MacIntyre of Barrie, a friend of
, the bride; Jean -Anne Smeltzer, of
London, cousin of the bride;
Bethany Stevens, of Sarnia, ' a
friend of the bride. Flowergirls
were Catherine Kehoe of Missis-
sauga, the bride's cousin, and
LaureBratt, of Harrow, the
groom's niece. Paul Ackerman of
London, a friend .of Brian's, was
the groomsman. Ushers were two
brothers-in-law, Thomas Bond of
Windsor. and Jan Bratt of Har-
row, along with the bride's
brother David MacDougall, of
London. Organist was Wilma
Clarke. The trio of Rena Forster,
Shirley , Colwell and Ruth Bell
performed during the service. A
reception was held at the Luck.
