and Joy -Ellen Greenwood spent the
weekend at a Youth Group Retreat
in Muskoka with Chalmers
Congregational Church. _
This has been a weekend for
birthday parties at the Grove.
On Friday Don and Anne McCosh
entertained Joyce and Jennie Far-
rell, Currie Colwell, Dick McCosh
and Gladys Arnold to celebrate
Mary Anne Kukoly's birthday.
On Sunday John and Marlene
Collins, Katie and Jonathan had
Katherine Collins, Leanne Smith,
Ed and Matthew McGillivray and
Paul and Nancy Greenwood to
celebrate Dawn's 13th birthday.
Also on Sunday the Farrell family
visited Jack and Janet to help Jack
celebrate, his birthday. Present were
Jim and Fran Farrell and family,
Garry and Laura Farrell and family,
Susan Roberts and boys of Ailsa
Craig, Cathy and Al Martin and
family of Kitchener, George and
Janice Miller of Thomdale, Rob
and Carolyn Farrell of Guelph.

nament in Palmerston on Saturday.

Book Release Party for the book of
poetry "Waltzing at Midnight" in
Kitchener on Sunday. Darlene
Currie Murphy was the illustrator
for this book.
Elizabeth and Nathaniel Hudel
from Kitchener visited Mary Anne
Kukoly.

Audrey Smith, a patient in Kincar-
dine and to Betty Needham a
patient in Owen Sound Hospital.

McIntyre and Christine Gibson at
South Kinloss on Saturday.
Many attended the annual com-
mencement at Kincardine District
Secondary School on Saturday
evening. Congratulations to Mandy
Farrell, Todd Thompson, David
Collins, Crosby Devitt and Kelly
McGillivray who were recipients of
special awards.

Gamble enjo'ed a trip to Los Vegas
last week.

26, beginning with cards at 8 p.m.
Bette McLeod and Grace Car-
ruthers had supper at Oraen Rock's
Saturday evening. Bette has moved
in to her Ripley apartment. She
reports that Noel has had his last
treatment and Robert now has a
shorter cast.
Wilda and Harvie Thompson
visited Kim. and Richard Wagner in
North Bay on Friday and had a
telephone conversation with Margie
Lochhead. They then continued to
South Porcupine where they had a
visit with Joan and Randy Mac-
Donald and Lucas.
