business person to the downtown
section last week.

recently purchased the former Val-

Errington. Ms. Durnin's businep

Ms. Durnin said the opportunity
presented itself at the right time.
Her mom and dad, Betty Lou and
Mike Dalton, along with brothers
and sisters gave her the emotional
support to embark upon "a very
scary, but nice challenge."
The. support of Donna Sue was
also a big boost for Ms. Durnin,
who said, "She made me feel like a
part of the community im-
mediately."
Patricia's Flower Patch will
feature a "flower of the month" on
a regular basis. She says, "It's a
nice way for the customers to get tc
know different flowers."
