She 'also worked at the Clinton/Goderich racetrack. Another job she worked at was being a secretary for W.G. Tli'ompsons Co. Miss Glanville says, "Brookside is great!" Miss Roberts received a Bachelor of Music Therapy from Wilfred Laurier, and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Windsor. She has also worked at other places like the Developmental School for Handicapped Children, and Music Therapy internship at a centre for Handicapped Adults. Miss Roberts really likes Brook- side. "The students are great and the staff is wonderful! It is really fun!" Brookside is lucky to have Miss Roberts here full time nowt She's super -nice, a great teacher, and music fills the air when she sits down to the piano. House league has now started. There are house league teams for all junior boys and girls, and senior girls and boys. The school soccer teams have also started. The junior boys team are led by Mr. Culp, junior girls are by Mrs. Dozois, senior girls by Mr. Hazlitt, and senior boys by Mr. Yeo. The library has a new look this year. There are three brand new "old" comfy chairs. They were donated by Katie Hackett,. Mrs. Watkins, and Mr. and Mrs. George Errington. It adds a real spark to the library now that we can curl up in the chairs and read. Mrs. Basker- ville helped our chairs out too. She repaired one, and gave us a beautiful afghan to cover another! We also have a carpet made by the students of '90/'91. We had an all -school Pioneer Day, and the' students made a long, long rag braid. But no one knew how to turn it into a rug. This summer Mr. and Mrs. Jim Hunter helped us out. They made the braid into a beautiful carpet! Thanks everybody.
