Will the new'Elections Act affect how you exercise your right to vote?
Yes, to some extent; because the new measures will provide eligible voters with more ways
exercise their right to vote. For example, it isnow possible to vote by "Special Ballot" and
revision of the voters list has been extended to give more voters the opportunity to he registered.
The Special Ballot.: a new way to have your say
