Andrew is a wee brother for Matthew. Proud grandparents are Don and Joy Dennis, of Lucknow, and Eva and Ian McPherson, of Teeswater. Delighted great grandparents are Lillian Weber, of Listowel, and Elizabeth McPherson, of Goderich. Peel - Damn and Lisa, of Win- gham, are delighted with the safe arrival of their son; Ryan Danin Mathew, a wee brother for Tyler. Ryan weighed in at 6 lbs. 15 oz. at the WIngham and District Hospital, on Aug. 12, 1993. Ashton - Michael and Tammy thank God for the safe arrival of their baby daughter, Michelle Marie, in Stevenson Memorial Hospital, Alliston, on Aug. 4, 1993. Michelle weighed 7 lbs. 13 oz. Proud grandparents are David and Shirley Austin and Michael Sr. and Mildred Ashton. Happy great grandparents are Hester Cruden, Nellie Ashton and Dorothy Wardell. Exel - David and Marlene, of Kitchener, thank God for the safe arrival of little Eric Andrew. Eric was born on July 13, 1993, in K -W Hospital, weighing 8 lbs. 13 oz., and is a wee brother for Melissa. Spoiling privileges go to Eric and Nikki Exel, of Lucknow, and John and Mary Vanderleeuw, of .Mount Forest. Rob Brooks of R.R. 3 Lucknow,_ was the $100 winner. Residents change residences The Jim deBoer family have moved from 750 Havelock Street to 357 Ross Street. Jim and Bev Clark have moved into where the deBoer's had lived on Havelock Street. Nine year old Megan Trachsel has returned home after flying out to spend two weeks with her father at Tisdale, Saskatchewan. Birthday wishes go out this week to Jean LaRose of Pinecrest Manor who celebrated her 92nd birthday on Aug. 17. Other birthday celebrations on the weekend were for Elsie Houston on Friday evening in the Community Centre and for Anna Johnston on Sunday afternoon in the Legion. Both these ladies are now 80 years old, so congratulations and best wishes to the two of you. Clara Henderson, daughter of Rev. Bill and Peggy Henderson, left on Sunday for Indiana where she will be taking a music course at the university. Clara is home from L, by Mildred Loree UCKNOW Malawi, Africa and has been en- joying holidays at the cottage with her paresi�ss and other family mem- bers and Mends. Sympathy is extended to the Gaunt family in the passing of Ernest Gaunt in his 95th year. Home for the weekend with Aus- tin and Mildred Loree were Stan, Pam, Alex and Sarah Loree of Brampton. Shirley Kalbfleisch of Moorefield visited at the same home Friday evening and Saturday afternoon Fred and Anne Loree of Ayr werevisitors there. In last week's MacDonald clan reunion report, the name of Alexander James Legrand was inadvertently omitted as a new member of the clan. Elliott - Dindar Nazneen Dindar, daughter of Farouk and Jameela Dindar of Scarborough, and Bruce Elliott, son of Ellwood and Wilma Elliott, of Holyrood, were united in mar- a.r riage on Saturday, July 24, 1993. The ceremony and reception took place at the Embassy Suites Hotel, Markham, and was of- ficiated by Kassim Ebrahim and Rev. Kerwin Davies. The bride was ushered down the aisle by her father and her grandfather, Saleem Cajee. The bride's grandparents, mints and cousin came from South Africa for the wedding. The matron of honor was Tina Jennings, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Julie Goldie, friend of the bride, Suraya Dindar, cousin of the bride and Shereen Dindar, sister of the bride. The junior brides- maid was Janice Eadie, friend of the bride and groom. The bestman was Glen Gibson, friend of the groom.
