The family, presented her with a cordless telephone, blanket, and toaster. Those in attendance were Gordie, Mary Lou and Doug Barger from Kentail; Ken and Lhea Barger from Mississauga; Herb, Rosaline, Tara, Matthew and Jamie Barger from Burlington; Mary, Ron, Melissa and Amanda and Denise Kieffer from, Wroxeter; Paul Kikkert from Whitechurch; Rick, Michele, Ashley and Daven Barger from Cambridge; and Ron and Barb Bell from Mis- r sissauga. The Civic Holiday weekend was a busy time around Lucknow with the sidewalk sales, the craft festival, the lip sync contest, the Fiddler's Jamboree in the arena, the Kirkin- O-the Tartan Service 'in the Pres- byterian Church ' Sunday morning, and Jessie Johnston's 90th birthday. Ned Martin of Long peach, California spent a week at Amber - ley Beach with his .mother Jean (Thom) Martin and other relatives. Visiting with Isobel and Bob" Shepherd for the past two weeks were her brother, Stanley Shanks, his son. David and his wife Jeanette of Dingwall, near Inverness in Scotland. Also home with her parents was Jean Shepherd of Montreal. They all attended the Adamson - Shepherd wedding on Friday. Saralee Bullock joined the Pres- byterian Church on Sunday morning and her two boys Jacob and Brad- ley were baptized, Present were the grandparents, Ellen Preece and Peter Ball of Arnprior. Bruce and Barb Willits and family spent the weekend at Grand Bend with Murray and Jane Willits and family, along. with the other members of. the Willits family. Many visit in Lochalsh to attend Macdonald reunion Visiting this past week to attend the annual MacDonald reunion with Finlay and Margie MacDonald were Mary and Bob Burkhaug of Chicago Illinois, Kathy, Jim and Ryan Robson of Gros Point, Michigan, Pat and Bob McFarland of Detroit, Michigan and Mr. and Mrs. Fern Broomfield, of Scotland, Ontario. Visitors with Dorothy Finlayson on the weekend were Barbara Rogerson, and 'son Charles, of Toronto, and Jane Emberlin, of Toronto.
