Wawanosh council approves
zoning change for Chisholm
A tile drain loan application lit the
amount of $300 was rejected
because the administration cost for
such a small sum is unwarranted.
The clerk will be on holidays
between July 12 and 16.
Council's next meeting is Aug. 3.

During its June 29 meeting, West
Wawanosh council approved a
zoning change on a portion of the
Grant Chisholm property. George
Brophy and Mr. Chisholm asked
that the residential portion of the
property be changed to Ag 4, with
the commercial portion left as AG
3.
Harold (Bud) Glenn and Ronald
MacCrostie approached council in
regard to the use of the unopened
road allowance between Lots 15
and 16, Concession 8, which at the
present time is landlocked.'
Council indicated that the legal
conformity and the adjoining
owner'srights would be inves-
tigated prior to a decision.
A registered letter will be sent to
the assessed owner of a Dungannon
property advising of a 14 day
period to file a protest against the
property standards bylaw regarding
the condition. of the "offending buil-
ding on the property.
The trustees of the police village
'of Auburn will be advised that the
township's interpretation of the
meeting in April remains unchanged
in that "for a trial periodcharges
for the recycling bin in Auburn will
be paid for through the trustee's
mill rate."
