Hospital, on Apr. 27, 1993,
.weighing 6 lbs. 121/2 oz. She's a
wee sister for Brock and Taylor; a
first granddaughter for Sandra
Rivett of Little Current, Manitoulin
Island, and Jim Rivett of Mount
Forest; a fourth granddaughter for
Joanne Johnston of Bramelea and
Gerry Johnston of Picton. Hailey's
great grandparents are Helen and
Harold Jewell of Goderich, and Lily
Rivett of Huronview. Hailey says hi
to all her uncles, aunts and cousins
in the Dungannon area.

little Lauren Emily born Apr. 27,
1993 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Lon-
don, weighing 7 lbs. 2 oz. Lauren is
a granddaughter for Alma and
Glenn Huston, R.R. 4, Kincardine,
Ann and Edward Westelaken, Blen-
heim and a ninth great grandchild
for Blanche . Culbert, R.R. 2,
Auburn.
Berry - Sean is thrilled to announce
the birth of his little sister 'Nicole
Elizabeth, on May 2, 1993, at A.M.
& General Hospital, Goderich,
weighing 8 lbs. 7, oz. Proud parents
are Steve and Brenda. Proud
grandparents are Ann Berry and
Grant and Wilma Chisholm.
Caldwell - Jackie of Blyth is
pleased to announce the birth of her,
son James Earl Richard, on May 5,
1993, in Wingham and District.

for the late Mrs. Duncan J. Fin-
layson, formerly of Toronto. The
service will take place at the
Lochalsh Cemetery on May 15.

Family visits before moving
Frances Hewat and her daughter,
Nancy Biles of Elmira, have visited
for the past two weeks with her
sister Helen Thompson, before
leaving to move to their home in
Abbotsford, British Columbia.
Her son, Robert Hewat of West
Vancouver and his daughter, Jodi of
Toronto, spent Saturday in Luck -
now with them.
Austin and Mildred Loree spent
last week in Listowel with their
grandchildren, Jennifer, Jeff and
Matthew, while their parents • en-
joyed a well-earned vacation in
Aruba. Friday was grandparents'
day at the school where the children
attend so they took in those ac-
tivities.

attended the annual arthritis meeting
on •Apr, 24 'at the Knights' of
Columbus 'Hall, Walkerton.
The Women's Institute sponsored
a dessert euchre on Apr. 26 in the
Whitechurch Hall.
Sixteen tables were in play. High
lady was Margaret Sleightholm.
Second high was Pearl Sutton:.
Playing as a man on a white card
was Ruby Hanna, with second high
Nell Johnston. Most lone hands
went to John King. Draw prizes
were won by Muriel Irvine, Ina
Famish, Olive 'Jamieson and Lar-
garet McInnes.

Society held their April meting on
the 28th in the church basement.

attend.
