I, is finding "growth slow due to zoning restrictions." However, owner' Rene Arsenault believes he made the right decision in expanding. Mr. Arsenault had carried on a small scale machiney and woodworking business in Dun- gannon since 1982. Citing the fact that large companies are. stream- lining and looking outwards for small businesses to job work out to, Mr. Arsenault said, "It was the right time considering the, way the economy is." An officer on patrol on Highway 21 in Huron Township observed occupants of a vehicle take beer out of a case on Apr. 3 at 8:45 p.m. The vehicle was stopped and the 27 -year-old Dresden driver was given an Alert test which he failed. He was taken back to the OPP detachment where he failed a breathalyser exam and was charged with driving with more than 80 mg of alcohol in his system. On Apr.•4 at 1:40 a.m. an 18 -year old youth was charged with being under 19 and having liquor at the County Road 23 RIDE check.
