Defenceman Lougheed then did a solo rush down the ice to score unassisted and give his team a late 8 - 7 lead. However, the never say die Clifford players poked one in to knot the score with two minutes to play. Lucknow put on the power but couldn't get the winner and the game ended in a tie.
