Janet Cook offered her home for the February meeting. 1993 education budget: unpopular but a reality The new chair of the Bruce County Board of Education's finance committee, Allan MacKay, warned "it will be an unpopular budget in some areas, but it's the reality of 1993." He was speaking to trustees at the board's January 12 session in Chesley.
