OTHER ITEMS
The January meeting of Grey Federa-

with a good attendance. Doug Gowan -
lock said that Grey was 6 members
short of our membership goal in De-
cember, therefore losing out on our
OFA rebate.
The OFA directors reported on a
court case in Simcoe County where the
judge said the city farmer did not need
a fence and did not have to keep up his
half. A suggestion was that township
federations go to their local councils to
see what legislation is in effect re the
Line Fences Act. Also, beware buying
machinery at auctions. There could be
liens on it. OFA has a resolution being
processed to try to have the auctioneer
responsible for a certificate of owner-
ship.

will be discussed at the February
