NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
PERTH COUNTY PORK PRODUCERS' ASSOCIATION
Friday, January 28, 1983
Stratford Coliseum
Dinner: 12:00 Noon
Advance tickets $5.00 from Directors
Formal meeting starts at 1:15 p.m.

Glenn Agnew - Secretary
Elections will be held 2:00 - 2:30 p.m. for Directors.
Director nominations will be for a 3 -year term. Direc-
tors will be Perth delegates to OPPMB Semi and An-
nual Meetings. Perth County Pork Producers'
Association is responsible for sending 30 delegates
out of the total 250 delegates for voting and making
policy changes at the Semi and Annual OPPMB
Meetings.
The present Directors would like to encourage
producer -members of our Association to stand for
nomination. You need a nominator and a seconder
at our annual meeting.
Perth County has eleven townships, each of which
is allowed to have two representatives. However, the
county is allowed 30 representatives to vote at OP-
PMB Semi and Annual Meetings; therefore, there
will be elected eight directors -at -large who can
come from any township in the county.
Further annual meeting business:
Resolutions will be received. reports from various
committees.
This year we will be honouring the top five
producers with the highest 1982 index in each of the
following 3 classes:
(A) 100 - 500 pigs marketed annually
(B) 501 - 1000 pigs marketed annually
(C) Over 1001 pigs marketed annually
The seventeen 4-H contestants in the Perth Coun-
ty Barrow Show at the Stratford Fair will be
recognized with cash and a certificate plus a free
dinner ticket to our annual meeting on Friday,
January 28, 1983.
