Roy Maxwell, farm editor on CBC's
Radio Noon, was the guest speaker at
the annual meeting of the Bruce County
Federation of Agriculture held at
Formosa on December 4th. Maxwell
told the audience that Radio Noon is not
a lobby for farmers, but is a means of
getting the farm story across to urban
dwellers. "Radio Noon is the second
most listened to program in Toronto
during the noon hour'. Maxwell stated.
During the evening almost .5200. was
collected to help pay for the O.F.A.
Task Force.

director and he is a former councilman for Arran Township. He is currently President
