LONGER TRAINING PROGRAMS
A Training Allowance Available for Eligible Applicants.
(I) Dairy Herdworker Training Program
-begins on January 11 and will operate for 12 weeks
-20 days of practical classes at the College and 40 days
of on-farm training conducted by three selected farmer
trainers.
(II) Swine Herdworker Training Program
-begins on January 18 and will operate for 12 weeks
-20 days of practical classes at the College and 40 days
of on-farm training conducted by three selected former
trainers
Admission Requirements: Anyone, male or female
who Is at least 17 years of age, has at least Grade 8
education and out of school at least one year may apply.
