The Rural Voice, 1980-06, Page 34(Agriculture Canada) Recipes kids can make As every parent knows, kids like to cook almost as much as they like to eat. This month Rural Voice has gathered a selection of simple recipes, that are safe and easy for children to prepare for themselves. They come from Bruce County 4-H clubs and from A Little Bit of Everything, Vol. 2, a cookbook -plus that's compiled by the Ontario Junior Women's Institutes and available from the Howick branch. If you have children who already know their way around the kitchen and are old enough to work there safely, you might try turning them loose with this month's Rural Family recipes. Mother will get a break, the kids will learn something and a good time will be had by all. The rural family QUICK PIZZA Bake a batch of standard tea biscuits.
