The Rural Voice, 1979-10, Page 46Honey Cinnamon Butter Cream '/4 cup butter and blend in '/ cup honey and 'h teaspoon cinnamon. Spread on hot toast. Honey Bran Muffins 11/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour 1 cup cooking bran 1 tablespoon baking powder '/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 egg beaten 1/3 cup honey 2/3 cup milk 1/4 cup butter, melted Mix dry ingredients. Combine egg, honey, milk and melted butter. Make a depression in dry ingredients. Pour in liquids and stir quickly until just mixed but still lumpy. Fill well greased muffin tins two thirds full. Bake at 400°F, until browned (20 to 25 minutes). Makes 12 medium muffins. Can you help us? The snow is blowing, In fact it could be blowing so hard that you're snowed right in.
