At the heart of the Axial -Flow Combine from IH is a
threshing/separating system so simple, you'll wonder
why it hadn't been thought of years ago. Straw
walkers have been eliminated. Grain yield has been
increased. Harvesting time is faster. Grain damage
and mechanical problems have been reduced. Only
two sets of concaves are needed for all crops, and
they take one man only about 20 minutes to change.
The Axial -Flow Combine is certain to revolutionize
harvesting, yet it is carefully based on 14 years of
development and testing to insure that it's top-of-
the-line in all respects.
The Axial -Flow is easier to service and requires less
maintenance. The 54 inch wide control centre is
designed for greater operator efficiency — with
climate control, good downfront and grain tank
visibility, and upholstered six way adjustable seat
and steering post that tilts forward and back to five
positions. Control consoles are conveniently
located. And there are fewer levers, more switches
and knobs.
Choose from three Axial -Flow models and mount
them with an IH corn head, grain head or windrow
pick-up.
