with the theft of tools from Eldon
Ankeo.nan, of Ilowick township. The
accused was not reprea-nted by coun-
sel and the cane was adjourned a week
to enable him to engage a solicitor.
Habermehl was arrested on Sunday,
June 2N, and lodged in the county gaol
when Provincial Constable P. E. Me -
Coy found tools, allegedly stolen, in
the farmer's barn. Included in the
list were solder and a w,ldering iron,
drill check and spindle. key ring and
a on-off slide or gauge. 1t 11 al-
leged other articles believed to have
been stolen in raids neer a period
of weeks were found In the barn.
