A powerful :St. Mary's Separate
School girls soccer team outscored their
opportition 7-0 in three games enroute to
the Huron -Perth Zone championship
played at Viking Field Monday.
Lyre:lee Hansen and Marlette Jarvis
each .had twooaliterformances for St.
Mary's while their defence kept the op-
position in .theek throughout the
tournament.
Lucknow Christian provided the
strongest competition for the St. Mary's
squad as they battled hard but dropped
a elose 1-0 decision in the third and
final round.
St. Joseph's Clinton and St. Joseph's
Kingsbridge proved to be much easier
competition as both were handed 3-0
respectively.
St. Joseph's Clinton managed to bold
on to second spot while Lucknow Chris-
tian took third and St. Joseph's
Kingsbridge was fourth.
The ghis team will be in Exeter to-
day (Wednesday) for the Huron -Perth
Conference System tournament along
with the St. Mary's Grade 3-4 mixed
squad and the sehool°s junior girls
team.
Lorelee Bowes, doubter of Colin and
_Gail Hewes of RR 3, Goderieb, has me-
cesshdly completed the Legal Office Ad-
ministration 'Program at Famkawe Col-
lege. She Is clemently employed as a
Commercial Litigation Law Clerk at the
law firm of Lerner and Associates in
London.

Wobbe Top of Kinloss Township found
this Silver coated, heart shaped greeting
balloon on his farm last week. it
measured 25 inches in diameter. The on-
ly identification was a sticker on the
back with "Bhmiks FLowers, 300 Steele
Street, Algoma, Wisconsin". If that is
where it originated, the balloon has
travelled a great distance, crossing Lake
