Weekend visitors with Charlie 4trid
Mayme Wilkins were Allan, Janet and
Steven Peek of Williamsburg and Bar-
bara Wilkins of Paris.
Gordon and Nora Robb hav-e their two
grandchildren Heather and Mark Darl-
ing, children of Bob and Sandra Darling
of Chesley, for a few days while their
parents take a holiday. On the weekend
Gordon and Nora attended the Aitkin
family picnic.
Kae Webater and her sons, James and
Cecil Webster of Waterloo spent a few
days in Richfield, Ohio with Mee, Jean
and Tricia Wise: The weather was very
warm and humid. In three weeks the
children south of the border will be
back in school again.
Kae, Jim and Cecil Webster visited
with Jack and Marion Smith in Clinton,
Thursday 'evening.

Duncan Finlayson son of Dorothy
Finlayson and Laura Ens of Port Elgin
were married on Saturday, July 22.
Ian Finlayson and bis wife Christina
and daughter Nichol of Victoria, British
Cehunbia were home for a few days to
attend the wedding of his brother Dun-
can Finlayson.
Mrs. Kaye 'Cunningham of Toronto
visited and attended her nephew's wed-
ding on the weekend and visited 'with
her sister Dorothy Firdayson.
The ladies of the W.M.S. of the
Ashfteld Presbyterian Church were very
well pleased with the results of their an-
nual 'bazaar which was, held on the
weekend.

Five scouts and .unit leader from
Kinloss area enjoyed *their 13 days to the
seventh Canadian Scout Jamboree at
Fort -TirintleistWort la—aryt' which :is
located near, Charlottetown, Prince Ed-
ward Island.
Under the leadership of Mike O'Neil,
Chad Moffat, Ryan Greig, Dwayne Bar-
ris, Jeremy O'Neil and Chris Jones left
Lucknow by bus on July 13 to go to
Guelph to meet the train. They were on
the train 24 hours, three hours by bus
and 40 minutes by ferry to get to their
destination.
The scouts and their leader wish to ex -
'press their aPpreciation to those that sup-
ported this excursion.
Mr. and Mrs. Ken Boyle of Illeadford
and Denver and Brenda Dickie and
children were overnight guests with Ina
and Elizabeth Dickie on, 'Erkly. They
were on their way iv:knell= a indiday
in Northern Ontario.

at Hope Bay at their cottage.
Ruth and Burnell Estabrook of
Mississauga visited, .on the weekend with
Ruth's parents, Elite and Man Graham.
Ruth and Don Bell enjoyed a holiday at
Tobermory for the weekend.
Duncan Mowlway returned home from
his' two weeks ramping at Camp Buronia
near Huntsville.
Herb and May Buckton visited with
Mrs. Bill Buckton and George and David
at their ,zonage near Ernest.
