Mrs. Woodall! Mrs. Woodall teaches part- time and enjoys it very much. Her favourite subjects to teach are French and history. Other subjects she would enjoy are senior home room, geography, and home economics. We asked Mrs. Woodall "What are your favourite...?" questions. Her answers were: "My favourite season is spring because everything is changing; grass is turning green and the flowers are blooming! My favourite cartoon is 'For Better or For Worse.' My favourite sports are swimming and squash." The first day she taught she said the grade 6 students were peeking through the window and trying to figure out who the new teacher was. Other than that, the children were quiet and good. She first got a 3 year Bachelor of Arts degree and a one year Bachelor of Education degree. Then she taught in Chatham, after which she moved to Alberta, where she supplied. She also supplied when she next moved back to Ontario, before coming to Brookside. Mrs. Woodall wouldn't want to change her career because she enjoys working with . children. She also has a degree in psychology. Mrs. Woodall first started teaching ranch because---the—first -school she taught at needed a French teacher and she had the qualifications. The most in- fluential people in her teaching career were her mother, her first principal, and other teachers and group members of organizations. When she has free time, she likes to spend time with her kids, and she likes smocking and cross-stitching. Now you know more about a another great teacher! o1}uzon icuicllca/sil29 ei -ziL cl R.R.2 Lucknow 529-7247 KII, Mrs. Young Mrs. Young's Kindergarten Clss IIl' would like to wish Stephanie Blake, Tanya Schoonderwaldt and Sarah Bissett "Happy Birthday" this month.
