'Today, June 14, Dynes and Edna
Campbell of Lucknow celebrate '60
years of wedded bliss!
They were married on June 14, 1929
in the Lucknow Presbyterian Church
:by the late Rev. Charles. R. McDonald.
Mr. -Campbell was born on the Larry
Hackett farm on the 10111 concession of
Ashfield 'Township. After their mar

Time the Campbells resided there =-
Ill the fall of 1963 when they moved to
.Dmigannon.
Mr. gampbell worked for the late
Girvin Heed And many I1fl remember
till' delivering their bread to their
:door, when he worked for Eedy's
Bakery out of Dungannon.
Edna and Dynes resided in Dungan-
non for close to .21 years, moving -to
Lucknow in 1984.

young age of 18, she was :quite matize

Best wishes go out to Lucknow's Joan
Martin, a teacher at Winghann Public
School for almost 20 years, who retires
this year. Mrs. Martin was honoured at
a retirement tea. She started teaching
at Springinount, near Owen Sound. Mrs.
Martin is looking forward to travelling
•and gardening In her retirement.

As of June 9, Beckers Milk in ,
Lucknow has a new manager in the
person of Bonnie Taylor (Nicholson).
Bonnie is a familiar face behind
Beckers' counter, 'having worked there
part time for the last year.
&dune -said the opportunity presented
itself and she is looking forward to
meeting the challenge.
Linda Johnston, the former manager
has embarked upon a new career with
Beckers Milk. Linda is now Training
Co-ordinator with a territory covering
from Lucknow to Huntsville. Linda has
been a Beckers manager for 13 years.
While she is looking forward to Ir new
challenge, she saki she will miss the
daily :contact with the public.
