sponsored as a contestant for Miss
Lucknow PailFair. Members will be
travelling to Myth on July, 4 toseetheplay,

An executive meeting to pian programs
for the upcoming year will be held at the
'home of Beth Sitarz on May 24.
Members had brought house and garden
plants, and with Dee Graham as a very
capable auctioneer, these were
exchanged.
Beth Pilton of Women Today, the led a
workshop on Being Well. First, a circle
was formed and piliows were toss si back
and .forth to help break down 'restraint.
Members discussed whatbehig well meant
to thenrpersonally, and what they might
have done for themselves in the pastseven
days to help promote this. Things which
act as barriers to wellness were listed and
shared .among members, as others offered
possible'suggestions for dealing with these
barriers. A collective list of things which
promote well -.being was then compiled.
Beth 'Fulton then had members lie on the
floor on apfflowand talkedthem through a
relaxation exercise, which was followed by
a shortguidedfantasytour of a meadow on
ann,=nnek...rday— .
The new executive for the 1989J30 year
was chosen at the April meeting. it is as
follows: past president, Deanna Reavie;
president, Nancy Brown; vice president,
Arnold; secretary, Beth Sitarz;
ireasurer, Nancy Aitchison; public rela-
tions Officer, Cecilia ffiltenburg;
rovin-
clal director, Laura Hare; branch "'free-
tors,Shirley Colwell and Dee Graham.
